SRX213562: Whole Genome Sequencing of human
4 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) runs: 139.2M spots, 27.8G bases, 15.7Gb downloads

Design: Illumina sequencing of Homo sapiens Hydatidiform Mole CHM1htert paired end WGS library
Submitted by: The Genome Center at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (WUGSC)
Study: Homo sapiens CHM1htert cell line genome sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
This project contains the sequence and assembly of a well characterized haploid cell line (CHM1htert) derived from a hydatidiform mole. The lack of allelic variation in the haploid sequence allows for unambiguous resolution of haplotype and segmental duplication. Sequence from this project will be used to increase the continuity of the human reference sequence.
Sample: Sample group: combined sample for Homo sapiens CHM1htert cell line
